As a co-director of Tilia, I am passionate about making local, organically grown food accessible to all, regardless of their financial circumstances. I draw inspiration from my experiences volunteering at similar farms in Spain and the UK, and as a board member at Norwich FarmShare for the past 2 years. At Tilia, I oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including finances, HR, legal, sales, and marketing. My vision for Tilia is to create a socially inclusive space that not only produces nutritious food but also promotes mental and physical well-being. I am deeply interested in the transformative power of healthy food and the benefits it can bring to our community. I believe that everyone deserves access to fresh, locally grown food, and I am committed to making this a reality.
